We announced these changes last week in an email, letter and webinar. As these strategic changes do impact your business, we want to continue to re-iterate this information to ensure you are up-to-speed and aware of them. Regards, The North Face Sales & Marketing teams CO-OP PROGRAM INFORMATION / ONLINE MARKETING TOOLKIT To view co-op financial information, including fund balances and claim status, to submit Prior-Approval requests to review Program guidelines, and to download forms, visit The North Face Co-op Program Website. The North Face will be launching a new Dealer Marketing Resource Center on April 27th, 2009. Effective April 27th, you will no longer be able to process claims or order fixtures via this website. You will be able view your claim history for 2009 and prior years until July 15th, 2009. Claims that have received a pre-approval number do not need to be resubmitted. Make sure you note your pre-approval number when you are ready to make your claim. Starting April 27th, you will be able to access your current balance, process online claims, order fixtures and access marketing material.
